Our shipping options vary. Please select your preference at Checkout.
Standard – Free Shipping on orders over $100 USD
$5 USD + tax (within the US) on orders under $100 USD
$18 USD – Flat Rate Shipping to Canada
- US Delivery within 4-5 business days after item has been shipped.
- In-stock items will ship out immediately; however please allow additional delivery time for handmade orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Returning or exchanging an item is easy. Try on your purchase in the comfort of your home (we suggest standing on a carpeted surface to protect soles), and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to request a different size, an exchange or a refund.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return.
- Ship your purchase back to us after we send return instructions.
Our Return Policy
All products must be returned in a new and unused condition, with all protective materials in place and the Azzurra Capri tags attached (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories and dust bags. We reserve the right to not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way; or as an alternative, these conditions may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
For example, we may reduce amount of refund in the following circumstances:
- The products have been used, worn, damaged or washed; or
- You have not returned any packaging which is considered an integral part of the product (such as a dust bag).
Duties & Sales Tax Return
Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Azzurra Capri. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
