The Today Boho girl is inspired by everything and embraces love and peace.
She loves a good flow-y dress, lots of lace, crochet, and sexy but very wearable cuts.
You'll often see her matching these delicate pieces with chunky necklaces or layered bracelets.
If you're looking to get into this trend and you're not sure what to buy, there are three things to look out for when considering your options.
1. All Belled Out
This trend is being seen everywhere since it's applied to many types of pieces today. You can find bell sleeves on dresses, tops, including the 70s bell bottoms. Think of it as an ode to the 70s decade. Yet, there's a spin and it's more chic. This example here is a dress that is lightweight, and off-shoulder. It's bell sleeves offer that boho effect, while keeping it chic with the vertical striped pattern. It's finished off with a rope belt that you can tie to accentuate your waist.
2. Florally Into You
What isn't groovy about flower patterns on your clothing? It invites a chic and girly feeling. This romper is the epitome of this idea yet keeps it toned down with cooler colors such as a deep muted blue and red. It has a deep v-cut which shows just the right amount of decollate and can be decorated with a chunky necklace or layered with lots of dainty ones. It's sinched with a white rope tie around the waist so your body doesn't get lost in the drape.
3. Pom Poms or Bon Bons?
This last detail to look for to complete a bohemian look are the pompoms that dangle off of clothing or shoes. They give a fun quirky style to an otherwise neutral colored dress. This particle one has it along the the off-shoulder band and along the end of the sleeves. The voluminous skirt allows movement while walking and will definitely turn heads to whoever is wearing it.
